1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
FlexiDrive provides vehicle rental, monthly leasing, and rent-to-own (RTO) services. All services are subject to eligibility assessment and approval at FlexiDrive's sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid driving licence (Class D or above)
- Verifiable stable income
4. Application & Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. FlexiDrive reserves the right to decline any application without providing reasons. All information provided must be accurate and truthful — submission of false documents is an offence under Malaysian law.
5. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used in accordance with Malaysian road traffic laws. Sub-letting or transferring the vehicle to a third party without written consent from FlexiDrive is strictly prohibited.
6. Payment Obligations
All payments must be made by the due date specified in your agreement. Late payment charges apply after the grace period. FlexiDrive reserves the right to repossess the vehicle in the event of payment default.
7. RTO Ownership Transfer
Vehicle ownership transfer under an RTO agreement is only effected upon full settlement of all outstanding amounts and compliance with all agreement terms. Early termination does not entitle the customer to ownership transfer or deposit refund unless otherwise specified.
8. Limitation of Liability
FlexiDrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or vehicles.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
